Check in

1.   At what time is check-in?

   Generally the apartments are available from 3pm. The reception is not always open. Please contact the reception almost 48 hours before your arrival to inform us about your arrival time.

3.   When you make the payment of the apartment?

   The payment of the apartment is required upon arrival. Upon arrival you will be request a credit card to guarantee the stay in apartment. Remember that prices never include the tourist tax (4.9 Euro per person per day)

Check out

   Check out can be done from 8.30AM to 10.30AM.

Amenities

1.   What services are included in the price?

   The price include to use of the apartment , utilities such as electricity, water and air conditioning , initial linen and a change of linen every 3 days stay. Also included is the final cleaning of the apartment but not the cleaning of the kitchen (dishes, cutlery and pots must be cleaned at your departure). On request and with supplement is possible to change the linen daily, daily cleaning of the apartment, and final cleaning of the kitchen.

3.   Is breakfast included in the rate?

   We are a residence, so it's not allowed for us to prepare the breakfast. All the apartment have a kitchen inside, and there are many bars where you can have a good breakfast.
